Question / Help My recording has really wierd lag.

I'm trying to figure out how to record with 60fps, but when I set the settings to 60fps, I get this wierd lag. This doesn't happen in the game, so it's definetly OBS. Also, the quality is a bit wierd. My settings are:

Output (simple):

Streaming:
Video Bitrate: 2500
Encoder: Software (x264)
Audio bitrate: 160

Recording:
Recording Quality: High Quality
Recording Format: mp4
Encoder: Hardware (AMD)

Video:

Base (canvas) Resolution: 1920x 1080
Output (Scaled) Resolution: 1920x 1080
Downscale Filter: Bicubic (Sharpened scaling, 16 samples)
Common FPS Values: 60

Advanced:
