Question / Help My problems with OBS ( LAGGING / BAD QUALITY )

Hello,
Here's my problems with OBS :

- Playing while i'm recording is so laggy
- The bad quality after recording the video
and you can tell how bad it is after looking to those pictures :

In your logfile is not stated that u lose frames.

Pls post a "current log". Just start a session wait until the problem emerges then stop it an post the logfile from that session.

I suggest running the auto configuration wizard: https://obsproject.com/wiki/OBS-Studio-Quickstart

And trying out the settings it gives you first. Your settings look a bit off to me.

Windows is out of date by several years. You should update.

Not much, but it's there. Rendering lag caused by GPU overload.

The above both indicate that you're on the edge of what you can do with that machine.

I would suggest choosing 1080p30 or 720p30.
