Bug Report My PC shuts down when opening the OBS program after installing

Hi. I downloaded the latest version of OBS on an I3 500U 2.00Ghz and 2.00Ghz with 4GB Ram.
And as soon as I open the program to configure it, the PC shuts down by itself.
If I turn off the wifi, it does not happen, but to link it to Facebook I need to connect to the Internet and be able to configure the password.
But it doesn't always happen at the same point. I uninstall and reinstall it, and I'm left at the beginning of the wizard, where it asks me if I want to configure it for Streaming or for recording, and it also turns off the PC alone and immediately. I don't see any message on the screen.

I enclose the registration report:

Hello,

The latest version of the win10 OS has issues with wifi. you cannot even install win10 OS now (latest version) on some motherboards without disabling wifi.

attempt driver re-install. (safe mode may be required) and if the manufacturer drivers do not work try the ones from Intel Microsoft windows update.
