My Output is Misbehaving

I have 3 scenes with different sources for each one. the scenes are
1. to show my self only 2. to show only the screen 3. to show myself and the screen.
recently, any choice i make will still show my self and the screen, pls i need a guide to correct this. i leave a vudeo explanation for clarity

Select the scene, it shows in Preview on left, Click Transition, the scene in Preview will now show in Program thus your recording or live stream
