my obs would have errors frequently and stop my recording and the recorded mkv file is like 24 hours long or just wayyyy longer than it should be

when i open it with the windows „movies and tv“ app i cannot change the timestamp i want to go to and when i put it in any editing software my pc freezes cuz it has to load hours of content (the actual video plus multiple hours of black screen at the end)
