Bug Report my OBS wont pick up me speaking or desktop sound

that's my log report.
when i open up my obs and try and record it the audio mixer doesn't work i've tried relistinteng to the videos and nothings there
Please help.

Make sure you have the proper devices selected in Settings -> Audio.
