Question / Help My OBS wont open, keeps on giving me crash at start

i recently upgraded my old windows 8.1 to windows 10 (clean install)

this is first time i am using obs in windows 10 and it refuses to open even after i reinstalled and made sure all my display adapters/drivers are up to date and did sfc/scannow
