Question / Help My OBS Studio Is Stuck On a White Screen

My OBS studio is stuck on a white screen and won't change no matter what I do. This is very frusturating and I've been trying to find the answer for hours. This is the screen and these are my specs please help.

Move ~/Library/Application Support/obs-studio and ~/Library/Preferences/obs.plist to the Desktop and try opening again. (You will lose scenes/profiles).

I know that the discussion is quite old, but I have the same problem and the ditching of those files did not solve it? Did it work for the original poster?
