My OBS Studio is slow

So when I am not recording or streaming, my computer works just fine. But when I start recording my gameplay or window, it starts to lag and takes very long to stop recording.

CPU encoding? That takes a lot, and only runs when you record or stream.

What hardware do you have? If you can offload the encoding onto your GPU, DO!!!

I use an Intel Pentium Gold G5400 with Asus CERBERUS GeForce GTX 1050 Ti. How do I offload the encoding?

The highlighted one here is CPU. The others are GPU.
