Question / Help My obs sometimes no sound

I use razer ripsaw hd to get PS4 window to pc obs ,I can see image and But always no sounds e.g. 10second have2-3second the sound is mixer .I get pc windows is no problem and the sound is no away problems, ,how can I fix it ?
