I have been recently bee using OBS to record gameplay. My recordings constantly stutter. I have tried limiting my FPS on the games I record, I downscale my recordings, I run OBS as administrator. Nothing seems to be working. The only option I can think of now is upgrading my computer, but I do not want to spend money if I don't have to.
