My OBS recording file is not playing on final cut pro

When I try to import my recording file into an editing program and play it, the editing program stops.
When running in QuickTime Player, trying to play a video and flip it to the previous part will cause some (or many) delays.
How can you fix this? Here is my OBS settings:

제 녹화 파일을 편집 프로그램에 가져와 재생하려고 하면 편집 프로그램이 멈춥니다.
QuickTime Player에서 실행할 때는 비디오를 재생하다 앞의 부분으로 넘기려고 하면 약간의 (또는 많은) 딜레이가 발생합니다.
