My OBS Program launches for a split second, and then it disappears from the Task Manager without displaying a window

So I have not used my PC for a good 3 months.
Pre-changes:
The software used to run fine, but when I started launching it, the issue suddenly appeared.
The launcher already had admin privileges, so it asked me whether I want to make changes to my PC. I clicked "Yes."
The mouse would have a little loading circle next to it for a brief 3~5 seconds, and then there would be no windows displayed.
I started to launch it again with a Task Manager open. It appeared on the Task Processes for 1~2 second before disappearing completely.

Post-changes:
I have deleted the entirety of the "OBS" folder in its directory and reinstalled the launcher.
I have already tried uninstalling & reinstalling it multiple times.
I have tried restarting my computer numerous times.
I have tried previous versions (28.1.2, 27.2.4 etc) that are NOT the current version of the OBS(29.2).
I have whitelisted OBS.exe in its list of allowed apps.

Maybe you've already solved your problem, but if you haven't, you can try this. Right click at the OBS icon and click Show, it'll appear on screen. I hope this can help.
