Question / Help My obs problem...

Everytime I try to start recording I have this problem, where it says " Unable to start the recording helper process. Check that OBS Files have not been blocked or removed by any 3rd party antivirus / security soft ware." Im not sure what to do now.

I was getting the same error, although I was sure OBS was not blocked by my firewall or anti-virus. After much experimenting, I fixed it by uninstalling the OBS Virtualcam plugin, which I believe was an older version no longer supported after I updated OBS. The error message was not helpful, but ultimately this fix was effective.
