Question / Help My OBS output recordings look fuzzy / blurry

I'm not sure what is causing this, but I notice when I uploaded a Lucio Ball video to YouTube for some testing. It was quite blurry.

My PC Specification

i7-6700k @4.6ghz

GTX 460 (Maybe a bottleneck)

16GB DDR4-3,000

Samsung 850 EVO 1TB

Looks fine to me. Are you sure you're watching at highest quality on YouTube?

Its likely your GTX 460. You'll have to reduce the in-game quality to make 60FPS look decent. That, or get a better GPU card. The latter probably your best bet...

Yes, I am watching at 1080p60
