My OBS output file is all black and doesn't even play

I recently got a 3060ti graphics card and ever since every single video I have tried to record has had this issue, even when I switch to x264 it still does the same thing. I dont know how to solve this issue.

Have you added any Sources to your Scenes?
Are you trying to play the file back with the built-in Windows media player ("Movies and TV")? If so, download VLC instead, M&T is well-known to have awful codec support, and regularly causes blackscreens on playback.
