Question / Help My OBS making games lag

Hi how are you? I speak Portuguese and I do not know anything about English (I'm using google translator), and I have a problem with OBS, when I formatted the pc, I'll leave a video below so you can see what happens when the OBS is closed and With it open streaming!

Make sure of 2 things
1> Gaming mode in windows' settings needs to be OFF
2> make sure your video card is actually running at pci-e x16

They took away my grave, but some solution to my problem? Anyone know what could be happening?

You probably need a display driver uninstaller clean of your nvidia drivers and/or to use the immediate previous version to the one you're using.
