My Obs keeps disconnecting.

Hi, I posted a few weeks ago about my obs constantly dropping kb/s or disconnecting. I have looked at the things to do but nothing seems to work. My computer is up to date and has good parts. I use xfinity and the tech just replaced the whole line yet the issue still persists.
Any and all help is much appreciated at this point, please.

1) Is your computer connected to your router via WiFi or Ethernet? Common advice for OBS or other streaming is to avoid WiFi.
2) What do the speed test websites show tor your upload speed and latency? Is your upload speed comfortably higher than your output bitrate configured in OBS?
3) When you say "dropping KB/s", do you mean that the OBS "Stats" box (View menu, Stats) is showing "Dropped Frames (Network)"? Or something else?
