It just recently started but after about 10-20 min of streaming, my OBS just crashes randomly.

Update your bios. This is consistent with unstable microcode in early Ryzen BIOS.

I have no idea where to start with that lol. Dont wanna mess anything up.

Go to the manufacturer's website for your motherboard, and look up their guide on how to update bios. It's a fairly simple and straightforward process on modern motherboards.
