Question / Help My OBS is freezing up quite frequently.

Hey.

So Ive been working with OBS the last week and searched as much as I could to find solution about the matter.
Basicly.. my OBS is freezing up for 0.5sec the whole time being active. It freezes happens every 5 to 10 seconds.

As clearly shown with this video.

And ive tried alot of different settings but no success.

Specc info:
8gb ram.
i7-3770k 3.50GHz
Windows 7, 64-bit.
NVIDIA Gforce GTX 960.
60mb/60mb

Rescale in Video settings. Use bicubic or lanczos filter

Leave rescale unchecked in Output settings.

Why are you running Game and Window capture in a single scene? It could be causing this problem below.

It was actually causing all the problems.
I now only use game capture and it fixed it!
