i don't really know how to describe it but everything in white is duplicating and expanding out? i tried deleting it and reinstalling, but still does this. what do i do?

I disabled all three of the items in the link, and it's still doing it. I am up to date on the latest Windows update.

This is a support forum for OBS Studio.
StreamLabs OBS is not OBS Studio.
