Question / Help My OBS is crashing and not working?

Hello
I am having issues running obs studio after turning on my device.
I have tried looking into the crash log but it is not very informative
I am attaching it below
can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong?

Seems to be caused by the AMF encoder. Try updating your graphics drivers, and if that doesn't help, you may need to use a different encoder (Settings -> Output, set it to either x264 or QuickSync (QSV).
