Hmmm nothing jumped out as obviously causing big issue, so here is what I did notice
Audio sampling rate on webcam is a mis-match... I'd recommend disabling if not using the mic, or make all audio devices use same sampling rate
Try without the audio filters as well (potentially CPU impactful)
Also, the screen refresh rate being an uneven multiple of screen capture rate might not be helping.
If capturing (Recording)/streaming at 60fps, then try capping game (if applicable) at an even multiple (either 60 or 120) and adjust screen refresh to be similar at 120Hz (not 144)
Not sure if still true, but at one time, I though I read that
20:28:42.205: video settings reset:
20:28:42.205: base resolution: 1920x1080
20:28:42.205: output resolution: 1280x720
rescaling at this point might be more impactful on CPU, than rescaling on the Stream/Recording output section.
I run with Base and Output resolution being the same. Then rescale the output using the GPU on the Stream/Recording tab... maybe?
Also, the OBS Studio log does NOT tell us what all else is going on with your PC
If your PC is near overloaded, and then you add the computationally demanding real-time video encoding on top of it... yea, things will start to fall apart. So beware unnecessary background process at OS level.
Make sure you are not CPU, RAM, or Disk I/O, bottlenecked
then there is the Browser HAGS potential impact
And the PsychoVisual tuning sometimes causes issues, depending... {hasn't impacted me, so I haven't committed to memory exactly when that setting does, and does not, can an issue. A search in this forum will help,
