My OBS Freezes after starting Stream

My OBS Freezes as soon I start my stream or even when just open the software. I tried everything, My windows is updated, my gpu is updated, all the drivers are updated. I reinstalled, remove all the plugins, the scenes, I tried just with the webcam or the game, no layouts, so I hope someone knows how i can fix this.. =(
