A year ago OBS started to drop frames on my streams for no reason. I've looked at all my settings and changed everything that could be the reason but nothing works. I already formatted all my hard drives, changed my GPU (from an R7 260X to an RX 480) and it just won't work properly.
My PC has an i7 6700
16 GB of DDR4-2133
Sapphire RX 480 8G
The games (Fortnite, LoL, CSGO) work perfectly fine, there's not a single drop in FPS, but I can see OBS going from green to red and dropping frames every 30 seconds. I'm uploading my latest logfile.
