My OBS does not detect my webcam nor any game that is running through the “game capture output”

Its been a couple months since I started facing this problem, everytime I open OBS even with admin credentials, my webcam, and game capture do not appear on the preview scene, I’ve gone through a lot of troubleshootings and there hasn’t been at least one that fixes this, the main issue is that whenever I want to acces the properties of the webcam output OBS crashes completely, is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

I have windows 10 last update and also OBS28
