Run OBS as Admin
Only use one capture per scene
and you have an encoder start error
Make sure your GPU drivers are up to date

Do you have an OBS crash log

That's not a crash report, it's another log file.
Do you used to have an nvidia GPU?

An advice, stop using advance output and change it to simple output.
The best way is running the Autpo-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it gives. Restart OBS and test.
Make sure your drivers are updated.

You can then change the recording prests to a better quality and test. You don't need at all advance output settings.
