Hi, I streamed on twitch.tv and I never had any problems with the obs, but now I'm having a problem where the obs can't reach the bitrate, which he already reached with ease before. I realized that the sending speed he reaches is 10% of the real speed of the internet, I hope you can help me.
Here are some prints that can help.
Obs: i'm in brazil.

You got a poor Internet connection. Look at the top of the images you posted when you ran a bandwidth test. It says:

"Dropped Frames 555 97.0%"

Then in your log it says this:

21:54:56.978: Output 'adv_stream': Total drawn frames: 586
21:54:56.978: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 472 (98.3%)

There is nothing OBS can do if you got a bad Internet connection. Call up your Internet Service Provider.

ok, thanks for help. What I find very strange is that a few days ago everything was normal and the live was running with little loss.
