my OBS cannot record anymore

I don't know what happened, but when I try to record, everything is really laggy and the FPS indicator on the bottom right corner is always under 10 fps.
From what I remember, I deleted Geforce Experience because it doesn't really do anything besides optimizing settings before you play games.
And after that my OBS just won't record, I really didn't know what happened, I used to be able to record games like Valorant or CSGO and everything seems normal.
The video it recorded came out terribly, it was probably not even 10fps and a lot of green and pink color in it.

I've installed the newest Nvidia driver and Geforce Experience again, but nothing really changed.

CPU: Intel i5 7200u
GPU: Nvidia Geforce 930Mx
RAM: 8GB

Here's the log files (after I tried recording for 30 seconds) that I uploaded: https://obsproject.com/logs/rMyuBAvrO5ThApjm

1. Using Windows Update, update Windows 10 to the newest available version. Your version is no longer supported.
2. Close Firefox and any other non-essential programs.
3. Cap your games at 60 FPS.
4. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on the shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
5. Record to MKV or FLV. If you record to MP4 or MOV and the recording is interrupted, the file will be corrupted and unrecoverable.

If you require MP4 files for some other purpose like editing, remux them afterwards by selecting File > Remux Recordings in the main OBS Studio window or enable Auto Remux in the Advanced Settings.
