My NZXT Signal HD60 isn't showing up in OBS studio

My NZXT Signal HD60 isn't showing up when I try to setup a new video capture device. It does show up in NZXT cam and device manager

I don't know if PC specs will affect anything but if they do here's my specs

GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 from PNY
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
RAM: 32GB DDR5-6400
Motherboard: MSI PRO A620M-E
