My new laptop is blocking OBS from streaming.

So I recently upgraded my laptop and after taking a few days off from streaming to get used to the new system I try to stream only to be thwarted by the firewall blocking me. I never had this happen on my old laptop and even after allowing OBS through my Windows Firewall and my Kaspersky Anti-Virus (neither of which I had to do before) it still won't let me stream. Here's a log example. Please tell me how I can stream again.

Trying running OBS as Admin. Right-click on shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.

So I switched OBS to admin and it fixed the problem but now days later I’m being blocked again while running as admin. Now what do I do?

Do you have a new/updated version of Kaspersky? For example I ran into trouble recently with my AV client on a new OS install because i hadn't noticed I had turned on the network firewall feature, and its behavior was different/unexpected (user error)
an update to your AV may be treating certain traffic differently, and you need to adjust Kaspersky accordingly (ie make sure it isn't blocking OBS and related traffic)

This really isn't the place for Kaspersky advice, but in case you aren't sure where else to turn....
unless you can change the thread title, I wouldn't expect Kaspersky knowledgeable users to come across this thread and comment. But if you have already done some research and Kaspersky is still causing a problem, posting a new thread with Kaspersky in title would be more likely to get a response. And an OBS log won't be sufficient, so make sure you have exact version info for both app and definition files, etc [and be prepared for some folks telling you not to use it or turn it off]. Personally, I don't trust M$ to monitor its own system (basic defense in depth), so running 3rd party AV is perfectly reasonable, and for decades I've avoided running as admin. So personally I try to find actual cause and resolve, vs a work-around... but doing so does take more work
Good luck
