My Mouse begins to lag when I have OBS in any form Opened?

I bought myself a new omen Laptop from HP with specs I added as an Image

The videos I did record with OBS for tests are smooth but when I have it open in the back or foreground the mouse lags heavily and I can'tnavigate my pc properly but when I look at the output I did with my Fluidsim wallpaper it looks normal and smooth
