Question / Help My mic sounds like a chipmunk

Hi,
I was playing with the compression the other night and it made my mic go crazy, once I reset everything (all of obs) the mic still sounds like a chipmunk and it cuts in and out, is there anyone that can point me in the right direction to fix this PLEASE

Make sure you have your input device set to the same sample rate in Audio MIDI Setup as OBS is set to in Settings > Audio
