If it's a standalone application with a standard GUI, then the standard Screen and Window captures should get it. Doesn't matter what language it's written in or what version.
If you're trying to embed it *into* OBS itself, like as a sidebar control or something like that and not part of the video, that's another story. Is that what you're doing?
