Question / Help My ISP sais its your fault... lol

so if i could get a little hand... iv never ever had this problem until this Wednesday the 19th... my bitrate is jumping wildly from 0 to 8000 when i have it set to 4k.... i have since been lower the quality and bitrate but had no luck ... still going crazy and stream is soo unstable and its even dropped and shuit down compleatly before

You're using NVENC, which means if your NVidia driver got updated, it could be a source of the problem.

Also in the log you posted there is no streaming session. It cuts off when the Stream starts, and contains no info about you streaming.

pardon me im newer to this... i was doing a "stream test" with the twitch inspector thing thats probably why.. ill grab a relevent log now thanks. sorry for the trouble.. also, what would be the problem if nvidia driver got updated ? im out of date orrrr... the newer update is screwy with obs ?

Also, i have the latest nvidia drivers and they were updated a month ago, before this problem happened

You have 2 issues in the log you posted:
  1. Dropped frames: https://github.com/jp9000/obs-studio/wiki/Dropped-Frames-and-General-Connection-Issues
  2. System not able to keep up with your settings:
    1. Grab CPU-z, run it and make sure that your system is running in dual channel mode.
    2. Grab GPU-z and make sure that your GPU is in at least a PCIe 2.0 8x slot.
    3. Try removing some of those sharpen and color filters. Those are shader killers, and you already have a number of sources and are running games that like to chew up your card.
    4. Also consider turning down the settings in your games, and limiting their FPS via vsync and/or frame rate limiting.

see... i havent changed a thing on my set up at all, in a while, and have been streaming without a sigle dropped frame untill all of a sudden on the 19th of this month, i have been streaming crisp untill this point only now having issues ... i feel like your just trying to knitpick my rig... but thanks anyway for the help
