I have been ask to assist with a setup that has a Jennov IP camera streaming over the OBS software for FB.
The pc has an i5 with 8gb of memory. I do not get the specs of the GPU. I think the pc need to be stronger. The camera is connected through RTSP.
The problem they are having is that the camera is freezing and at time goes off and on. I tried checking all the settings available on the software side. I have not check the firewall ports. Do you have any ideas that I might be overlooking or could try? This camera is also a security camera. The web browser interface does not freeze and performs fine. Only when going through the software. Any help would be awesome? Thanks!
