My internet is randomly cut off when I use obs to stream on twitch

i use OBS to stream on twitch, problem is that random cuts occur that force me to restart the stream (0kbs).
One might at first think this is due to the internet, but research I have been doing suggests that it is due to "usb overload".
this causes devices like my keyboard mouse and internet antenna to disconnect and reconnect, resulting in outages.
I tried everything, cleaned my pc, reduced the number of USB connected (4) and even updated the drivers.
I am so desperate that I even think that the problem could be something else.
It should be noted that this problem only occurs when I am on stream and not in my day to day.

I would be deeply grateful if someone could help.

here is the report of the last of these incidents.

1. Using Windows Update, update to Windows 10 2004 or 20H2/09 if available per https://obsproject.com/blog/five-simple-tips-for-new-streamers . Also it hasn't been supported since November 2019.
2. Update OBS
3. Your log contains streaming sessions with dropped frames. This can only be caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware (see #4). It is not caused by OBS. Follow the troubleshooting steps at: Dropped Frames and General Connection Issues. Try enabling dynamic bitrate.
4. In many cases, wireless connections can cause issues because of their unstable nature. Streaming really requires a stable connection. Often wireless connections are fine, but if you have problems, the first troubleshooting step would be to switch to wired. We highly recommend streaming on wired connections.
5. If still having issues, create a free restream.io account, connect it your Twitch account and set OBS to use restream.io

I'm going to try each of these methods. Thank you so much.
If they don't work, I'll update
