my games runs at 120fps, gpu and cpu with low usage, no overload encoding, no overload gpu and cpu, why my captures looks like a 30fps?

I run my games smoothly, without overloading the GPU or CPU, my OBS says everything is fine, but the preview and the capture itself are very bad, it seems to be at 30 fps or less, on my main monitor it runs very smoothly, what should I do?

my specs:
Ryzen 7 5700X3D
32GB Ram
RTX 3070 TI
B450 Aorus Elite

it doesn't really look "very bad" or low FPS to me...you may want to try swapping from the low latency preset to high quality instead in settings>output and also disable gsync/freesync on your monitors. Double check the video on another device if you haven't.

Thanks for the reply. My monitor does not support g-sync/freesync but my game has v-sync enabled, does this cause any problems?
