Question / Help My game videos lag! Plz help!

So when I record my game using OBS, everything is fine, it has no lags. But when I finished recording, I checked my videos to see if everything is good but instead it lags! It looks like the video barely moves. Also, when I go to moviemaker to edit my videos to see if the video doesn't lag, the screen went black. Could you please help me??

Try to update OBS-Studio.

Log is missing stream/record start and stop. Show us more OBS-Logs that have this information.

Log shows:
Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 4554/4593 (99.2%)

If you are doing lossless recording, it may require more powerful CPU then if going lower quality modes.
