Question / Help My game runs fine, but when i watch the video back it is very laggy

Im having a lot of troubles figuring out what settings may help me record quality videos. Ive searched many of the forums and different sites trying out a variety of settings and cant figure out what to change. Is my PC too bad for these recordings or is it my settings? (specs listed)

GeForce GTX 1050
AMD Ryzen 1600 six-core processor
8 gb Ram
1920x1080 60Hz
