Question / Help My game isn't showing that it's lagging, but whenever I watch my recordings back, I'm lagging.

I don't exactly know what's going on, just that whenever I record it's not lagging; from what I can see. But, whenever I open the recordings in a different application, it barely shows anything but the audio is working. By barely showing anything I mean the frames go from the first to the middle, to the last; totally ignoring the ones in between.
