Question / Help My game is lagging while i stream ...

Hello guys!

I Upgrade my pc , and after that , if i started stream , my Game is lagging little ... and i still got 120+ fps... but it doesnt feel like a frame drop lag more cuz of the codering ...

but my Problem is ... with my old pc everything works great and my old pc was more Slower then now.. and i didnt Change any settings ... i stream with GPU (cuz X264 make it more worst..) and scaling to 1280x720 with 60fps and 3500 bitrate , my Other settings i dont know cuz im at Work now, but i will load up a pic after Work :/ ... but with my old spec i got 0 Problems.... i upgraded my pc cuz for better streamimg then before! now it is even more worst :(:(:(:( pls help btw: i use streamlabs

OLD SPEC:
I5 7500 @3.4
Gtx 1060 6GB Asus
16 GB RAM

NEW SPEC:
i7 7700k @4,2
GTX 1080 8GB Msi gaming X
16 GB RAM

Encoder - NVENC

Enforce streaming service encoder settings - OFF

Rescale output - ON

Output Resolution - 1280x720

Rate Control - CBR

Bitrate - 3500

Keyframe Interval - 2

Preset - DEFAULT

Profile - MAIN

Level - AUTO

use two-pass encoding - ON

GPU - 0

B-frames - 2

by the Way , if i stop streaming the lagg still there until i close obs/streamlabs .... what just happend it works before T_T
 
Use game capture source to capture your games. Remove all display capture sources from any scene where you use game capture.
 
if i use "Game Capture" i just get black screen and in the Properties i cant find my games to choose like some other people in youtube.

i just got 3 option:
Capture any fullscreen application (which i use but doesnt work)
Capture specific window
and Capture foreground window with hotkey
 
Oh i think it works :) but i have today no more time ... so i will test it 2morrow out, btw i want 720p 60fps stream... i got an upload of 20... is it enough for it? should i do more then 3500 bitrate? im a prime member .... upload 20 mean 20000 bitrate if im not wrong? i just a speedtest website
