So I dont know when this started but I havent streamed/recorded in a long time, and when I try to record my in game fps feels choppy for some reason, i feel like im getting 40fps instead of the 120fps im getting in game, before when i streamed and recorded my game was never like this at all, my settings are still the same, and everytime i open up OBS my fps in game instantly turns choppy and I have no idea why, I even factory reset my computer to try and fix this problem and I don't know what is wrong.

GPU: Gtx 1050ti 4GB
CPU: Ryzen 7 1700
MB: b450 tomahawk
RAM: 16GB DDR4
