Question / Help My Game Capture Isn't Working Correctly

I know this sounds weird, but my game capture just doesn't work every other stream. I just keep removing it and making stream a specific window (A.K.A. my game that I'm playing), and it just either works or doesn't I stream on Twitch and the screen is just black. Can I get some help?
