My game audio on OBS is popping, cracking, stuttering, or choppy, I Need Help With This Please!!!

So I want to do game recording with my windows 10 pc, and everytime the Elgato hd60 s+ or OBS would make my PS5 game audio…well I don’t know how to describe it as, Laggy or poppy, I don’t know exactly. Every thing would be working except the game audio, it’s just glitchy, and I don’t know how to solve this issue

These are my OBS audio settings for an ASUS CU4K30 USB capture device that I use with a PS5. I only do local recordings / don't use the preview to play. My PS5 audio output is set to AV amplifier and 2 channel sound.
