Encoding lag: you CPU can´t handle realtime video encoding.
Try rescaling to 480p and preset superfat, but I think it will have encoding lag also.

Rendering lag: Your GPU is near limit. try reducing ingame graphics requeriments

A lot of network issues. (81,9% stalls)
You have a connection not able to stream 1400 video + 128 audio = 1500 Kbps (1.5 Mbit)
