My friend has a GPU problem on their streams

My friend is suddenly having issues with their stream. I think their connection is completely fine, but the GPU on their laptop is stressed. It was always fine until today's stream, which lagged the whole time, and they claim they haven't really messed with their laptop at all since the last time.

Is there some wrong setting? I'm not too tech-savvy so I'm really clueless.
