Question / Help my frames are badd!! but my pc is oke.

can someone help me my frames are bad. i have a good pc
specs:
gpu: geforce gtx 1060 3g
cpu: i5 4560 ghz 3.2
8 gb ram

Can someone plss help me cause i don't know what to do
and i am not an expert

in game there is no lagg but in the stream and recordings there is!!

Your log doesnt have any stream/recordings in it. (Record/stream for a few minutes then stop wait a few seconds then upload current log)

Also what game are you playing?
