Best solution, change your motherboard. Another solution could be a good top blow cooler
i am getting the pictures now :DIs it the cooler which came with the CPU package? If you don´t know or if it´s a pre-build PC then you should take a photo.
btw. a current solution can be, if you disable the turbo speeds of cpu in bios and maybe by trying lowering the vcore. But of course you should know what you are doing there:-)

alright im gona look into that right nowYou can also try another encoder in obs. Your graphics card should allow you to use the amd vce encoder. this pocedure will use less cpu ressources.= less temperature
