Hello, whenever I try and stream games using my elgato game capture hd, either one of two things happen. one thing that happens is that I just won't get a signal, the other thing is that the gameplay will show up, but when i go to configure the video, the little elgato tab doesn't show it, and when it does, it crashes. does anyone know a fix to this issue, I hope i explained it well.
